MEB’s Purpose

My purpose is not-at-all simple, yet worthwhile:

Turn resonance into revenue.

By emboldening the humanity of business leaders, we create higher-impact, relevant brands and organizations to endure an increasingly tech-controlled future.

Though the scale, focus or function of my work defy checkboxes, my career arc is not without logic. Two key throughlines exist:

  1. Every business challenge comes down to creating & aggregating influence.

  2. My work often lands at the intersection of humanity & advanced technologies.

…we must embolden our humanity for our greatest possible future advantage.

When the innovator mindset meets the executive mindset, today’s leaders - and definitely tomorrow’s - are challenged to rethink what they believe about business intelligence.

But this can make leaders very uncomfortable, Ieaving them stuck, ineffective, and unable to get out of their own way.

Why?

(Excellent question. Gold star.)

Business intelligence is only as good as the questions we ask to collect it - and the questions we ask of it.

However, we’re terrible at asking the right questions because the right questions that positively impact growth trajectory all come back to one place:

We, the people are the hardest part of every equation because:

We are unpredictable.

We cannot be automated.

And we cannot be optimized.

That darn free will is such a bane to business objectives.

It’s people intelligence.
